After amazing win in the 2nd test by England, 3rd test was not that interesting as rain stopped play for almost 2 days and it was decided that hardly this test would have got some result.

Australia won the toss and elected to bat first. In first innings England bowlers strike on Australia and all out Australia in just 263 runs. Only Watson (62) and Katich (46) played some good shots for australia. From Englands blowling attack Anderson (5/80) and Onions (4/58) both bowled really well and allout Australia for just 263 runs.

In reply England top order was not so impressive except Strauss. Strauss (69) and Flintoff (74) played really nice innings and lead England to 376 runs. Helifenhaus (4/109) and Siddle (3/89) help Australia to restrict England in the first innings.

In the answer to the lead from England, Australia in 2nd innings played really well and till the end of the match they made 5/375. Clarke (103*) and North (96) played really well and not allowed any England bowler to settle over them.

Over all match drawn and was not that interesting because of rain because of what almost 2 days wasted from the test.
